At GD Lacrosse, we believe this game is more than just a sport. It’s a powerful way to grow as an athlete and as a person.
Lacrosse builds confidence, sharpens communication, and strengthens leadership, collaboration, and teamwork which are all skills that extend far beyond the field. Most importantly, it fosters a sense of camaraderie and brotherhood that stays with you long after the final whistle.
These are the lessons we’ve learned through years of playing, competing, and growing in the game, and they’re exactly what we want to pass on to you.

Dominic (Dom) is a rising sophomore at MIT, where he plays NCAA Division III lacrosse. He is also a Palisades High School alumnus, and was a four-year varsity lacrosse player and senior captain. Dom has been playing since he was in first grade, and has played on various club teams over the years, including Mad Dog West, Mint LC, Fins LC, and Santa Monica Dragons. He has a large passion for the sport, and loves to teach younger players the knowledge that he has accumulated over the years. Along with the physical and skills side of the game, Dom excels in the mental aspect of lacrosse. He believes a smart player is a great player, and enjoys teaching younger players the nuances of the game. Dom also makes sure that all of his players are able to find the joy in lacrosse. Some of his favorite memories growing up have been on the lacrosse field with his best friends, and he wants every player that goes through the sport to enjoy moments like these.

Gavin is a rising junior at Palisades Charter High School, where he has been a varsity lacrosse player since his freshman year and was named Freshman of the Year. He has been playing since kindergarten and brings over 10 years of experience at a high level, having competed with elite club teams such as West Coast Starz, Mad Dog West, West Coast Beserkers, and Cali Gold. Gavin has developed a deep love for the game and has trained under a wide range of top coaches, allowing him to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in both the physical and mental aspects of lacrosse. He now enjoys passing that knowledge on to younger players, teaching fundamentals, building lacrosse IQ, and helping them gain confidence on the field. Known for his focus, patience, and positive energy, Gavin creates a supportive environment that helps young athletes grow, making him not only a skilled player but also a strong mentor that parents and players can count on.

How it works:
Our camp runs for 4 days for 2.5 hours a day. We start each day with stretches, an extremely important part of any practice. Then, we split our time into four sections: stick-skills, shooting, live reps, and “gametime”. Each section is key to becoming a great lacrosse player. What we bring:
We’re a duo of brothers that have playing lacrosse for over ten years. We’ve played locally in LA, at tournaments all across California, and on the East Coast. Needless to say, we have a ton of experience. We also bring a level of excitement to the game. Being a high schooler and college student, we understand that the best part of practice is having fun with your friends. We strive to bring this level of fun to our camps; we want to make our players better, but at the end of the day, its all about having a great time.
